Like an elegy from the man about to kill you, “We No Who U R” takes you in with its enrapturing lament and leaves you feeling a removed from this earthly plane. Now, the song from Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds has a video, wherein a quite-literally shadowy figure lurks through the forest towards an unknown destination. It’s directed by Gaspar Noé, who dials down the shock value prevalent in his films Enter The Void and Irreversible, for something that’s still unsettling but won’t leave your brain retching.
Push The Sky Away is out February 18th.
