FIDLAR‘s “Gimmie Something” is a slice of rollicking acoustipunk that sounds written by Kurt Vile’s snotty cousins. So it makes sense that the band is taking us back, cutting track to some great lo-res footage of Creedance Clearwater Revival. Perhaps it’s an effort to atone for their prior and terrible video, because I’m digging this way more.
The band’s debut drops January 15th via Mom + Pop.
