Fucked Up‘s “Inside A Frame” video takes punk out of the dive bar and into the dance studio, combining the band’s mystic, cacophonous screed with a Gap commercial’s footwork. There’s even a bunch of weird glamour shots with the cast looking rebellious in that sanitized, department store sense. Studded leather jackets, $69.99, next to the perfume section. Maybe it’s a joke. Or maybe this is punk now? Maybe everything is? I dunno, dude. I listened to R.E.M. on my way to work.
