Picking a static screenshot from “Feels Like We Only Go Backwards” almost felt criminal, because the intricate dances of vibrant, swirling colours deserve to be shown solely in their full splendour. According to the website of the video’s production company: “The film is made up from over 1000 separate plasticine collages all individually made by hand.” So you win, Tame Impala, you’ve just made a grown man seriously consider spending an unreasonable amount of money on Play-Doh.
