Sky Ferreira – “Everything Is Embarrassing”

Finding a screenshot for Sky Ferreira‘s new video was very easy. Every shot is a clear schematic to allow Ferriera’s beauty to glow through the black and white stock, and she moves slowly, which also helps. Looking sad in that composed but sultry sort of way, she does her American Apparel meets Jane Child thing in three or four different locations. A totally reasonable and transparent direction for her high-fashion electro ballad’s video.

Ghost, Sky’s new EP, comes out October 16th on Capitol, and features Cass McCombs, Jon Brion, and Blood Orange. Shirley Manson of Garbage also shows up for a collab.
