Dirty Projectors release “About To Die” video, announce new EP details

You probably haven’t finished absorbing Dirty Projectors‘ dense, great new album Swing Lo Magellan, but the band’s about to release an EP of brand new music for you to obsessively decipher. It’s called the About To Die EP, and along with the impossibly bright title track (which also appeared on Swing Lo), the release will contain three new tunes. You can grab a copy on November 6th on Domino. The first 50 people to buy the 12″ will get it signed.

Watch the video for “About To Die” below, in which David Longstreth lies prostrate on different beds throughout the ages, eventually returning to a white void in a cube truck for a bikini party i.e. heaven.
