Death Grips – “Hustle Bones”

OK, we’re all pissed that Death Grips cancelled their entire tour. But on the bright side, it means they can stay home and make videos like “Hustle Bones.” And when you’ve got a dryer in your house and the song sounds like it was summoned from a satanic scientist’s centrifuge, the video treatment kind of writes itself.

What do you use your dryer for? Drying laundry? Pff. Death Grips have discovered that a lot of things can be vastly improved with a few minutes on “Delicate.” Things like weed (collects keef in lint trap for a prodigious high), money (fabric softened bills are easier on the hands), and bottles of beer (the best way of shaking up MC Ride’s beers). Still skeptical? A camera is mounted inside the spinning machine so you can watch all of these processes at work. However, the camera does eventually snap loose of its restraints and smashes around for a bit, though the hellacious rattle will probably be sampled for the new Death Grips record (No Love, out later this year), so it’s not a complete loss.
