ethodical yet irreverent, self-deprecating yet fiercely dedicated, there’s more to Tennis than cute sailing trip stories (of which there are certainly many). Their newest album, Young and Old, presents the clearest picture of Tennis yet: cerebral, while retaining those endearingly sunny pop tones that initially put them on our radars. We spoke to charismatic singer Alaina Moore about studying their influences, working with the Black Keys’ Patrick Carney, and how everything new is actually old.
