Godsmack Singer Settles Hummer Crash Lawsuit

Let it be known: If you are hit by someone driving a Hummer, chances are you will not come out in the best shape. Godsmack (yes, they still exist) singer Sully Erna reached a $3.3 million U.S. settlement with the victim of a 2007 car accident that involved the musician.
