Jay-Z might be sued for sampling Baligh Hamdy's "Khosara, Khosara" in his "Big Pimpin'" hit. Hamdy's children say that as heirs of the late Egyptian composer, their moral rights are being abused because Jay-Z hasn't got permission to use the "Khosara, Khosara" sample in the song. A judge ruled they've got grounds to sue, but they've yet to do so....
