I've been going through my CDs at home, obsessively listening to them one by one. I moved into my own place in May, and i'm trying to figure out which CDs I should keep and which I should jettison.
I put Alexisonfire's Crisis on yesterday, and I'm definitely keeping it. While it's probably my least favourite Alexisonfire album (that's not to say that it's bad at all, mind you), it does contain my favourite of the band's songs, which is this one. You also can't go wrong with "Rough Hands," "This Could Be Anywhere In The World" and the title track.
For me, "Boiled Frogs" is everything great about Alexisonfire distilled into one track, but what makes it even better is that Wade MacNeil's got a larger role on it (and this album in general, along with Watch Out!), since he sings lead on part of the chorus.
