The most obvious selling point for this band is the history associated with the group. Band members have been part of Change Of Heart, Blurtonia, Nashville Pussy and The Swallows, to name a few, but this isn’t the reason we all need to own Midnight Is The Answer. The disc is a non-stop barrage of hyper rock, barbed choruses and Keith Moon-ish drum assaults. With more grooves than Homer Simpson’s couch, this collection of three-minute paeans to punk rock ‘n’ roll is unforgettably catchy, unmistakably dirty and, well, the closest music has come to aural orgasms since Tricky Woo’s Sometimes I Cry.
