- 3.5 / 5

At 90 years young, Les Paul, the electric guitar maker and axe-grinder, is still going strong. This is Paul's first disc since his Grammy-winning collaboration with Chet Atkins in 1978.
Some of the guitar god's biggest admirers join him for this rock 'n' roll ride including Eric Clapton and Sam Cooke on "Somebody Ease My Troubled Mind" and ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons on Robert Palmer's "Bad Case Of Lovin' You." Paul's own take on the funky, blues-soaked instrumental "Caravan" is one of the record's highlights. While most folks his age are spending their days in a nursing home, or performing with their pals in that great gig in the sky, Paul shows that he's still got more to offer.
