Front Line Assembly/Delerium partner Rhys Fulber goes solo for a project that, like Delerium, features guest vocalists and a sinister, percolating undertow beneath the innocent surface. Vocal talent from Poe and Sinead O'Connor (her track is the first single) are definite highlights. Most of the album takes the Delerium direction even further, almost becoming conventional at times. Traces of Euro-pop bring the beats down to a slower pace, but there’s still that underlying creepiness that hopefully won’t ever disappear entirely.
