FEAR has transferred over quite nicely to the PS3 and, depending on your
set-up, beats playing it on your PC. The controls are restrictive at times and getting attacked from off-screen often results in unnecessary damage being inflicted. The game plays out as dark, moody and, at times, downright creepy. While there aren't as many jump-off-the-couch scary moments, most of the actual fear is in getting yourself through fierce firefights alive. Luckily, you're given a ton of ridiculously powerful weapons in addition to fancy melee attacks to fend off enemies.
