- Sanctuary/EMI
- 1.5 / 5

Who would ever have thought that thrash metal stalwarts Anthrax would fall to such horrific depths. Joining the ranks of Suicidal Tendencies and Twisted Sister, Anthrax have taken their current (albeit longest-reigning) frontman into the studio to re-record their older classics. Featuring "Metal Thrashing Mad," "Indians" and "Among The Living," The Greater Of Two Evils is well, lesser. I love John Bush but I don’t want to hear him ape Joey Belladonna. Sure the tracks sound better from a technical standpoint, but the overall idea just feels slimy. This release is entirely unnecessary.
