The Apples in Stereo wear their influences on their sleeves with an affinity for pop music that stems from a love for the Beatles and the Beach Boys. As well, lead vocalist Rob Schneider's vocal stylings on tracks like "Alright/Not Quite" recall a young John Lennon. The Discovery Of A World Inside The Moone will put a surefire smile on your face the same way a few pints of Guinness will. It's sugary-sweet stuff for the masses.
