Despite co-writing 11 of Mind, Body & Soul’s 14 songs, it’s still difficult to believe Stone when she sings the blues. Even with an amazing voice, songs co-written by ‘70s soul diva Betty Wright and Motown legend Lamont Dozier have Stone singing about lost relationships and growing pains, topics that this 17-year-old British gal has probably never experienced. Songs like "Right To Be Wrong" and "Jet Lag" are decent soul numbers, but Stone will be most marketable with her Aguilera-esque pop number "You Had Me" and the reggae jam "Less Is More." Still, man what a voice.
