From the ashes of two late-’90s New Jersey ska-punk bands rises the six-piece Streetlight Manifesto, a joint venture between ex-members of Catch 22 and One Cool Guy. On their debut full-length, they combine syncopated ska guitars, manic horns, driving punk rhythms and frontman Tomas Kalnoky’s raspy vocals. From the slow grind of "A Moment Of Silence" to the frenetic, horn-driven "A Moment Of Violence" and "Everything Went Numb," Streetlight Manifesto keep their energy levels and fists high. Dynamic songwriting, group harmonies and singalong choruses are all sure to convert more than one fan to the ways of the Manifesto.
