- Make Me Smile (Come Up And See Me) EP
- Mute
- 3 / 5

Bouncy and bright as usual, Andy Bell and Vince Clarke dole out three versions of the single track "Make Me Smile (Come Up And See Me) " with the Extended Mix supplying some extra bass to wiggle to and that wooshing sound from the club scenes in Queer As Folk. These are followed up by a bunch of covers, including The Ronette's "Walking In The Rain," a love tune that is still naive without getting campy, and a new mix of The Three Degrees' "When Will I See You Again." The last track is a decent enough acoustic version of Elvis's "Can't Help Falling In Love." Since there aren't as many tracks as they've been putting on recent EPs, it’s cool they included a video for their take on Peter Gabriel's "Solsbury Hill" to boost the value quotient.
