There's not a lot to report whenever a new Motorhead record comes out. The formula was established long ago, and Lemmy, Phil and Mickie Dee carry it out with power and ferocity every time. The only really difference is that producer Cameron Webb (who also did the last two albums Inferno and Kiss Of Death) has given them the most rock 'n' roll sound of their career, putting them in line with Lemmy's classic concert starter: "We are Motorhead, and we play rock 'n' roll," and staying away from the metal trappings. Ditto for Lemmy's songwriting, which for a few years seemed to be filled by tunes which better suited the bands they inspired rather than themselves. Other than that, it's business as usual with Lemmy covering all his faves: fast women, the foolishness of war and religion, and partying. To quote the single, plain and simple, "Rock out!"
