60-69: Demonstrates some skills. Approaches rock 'n' roll standard.
50-59: Band demonstrates some required skills and knowledge in a limited way.
Below 50: Band has not demonstrated required skills or knowledge.

Grade:83

Comment:
The band is fun, and the lyrics are very observant and intelligent, but this kind of music never really seems to take over the airwaves.

Appearance:G
Use Of Stage:G
Strengths/Weaknesses/Next Step:  Stage banter was alright. A couple of SARS jokes thrown in, but sadly, no pirate-esque rhymining of SARS with "Aarrr." Vincent's pronunciation was dead on, essential considering the importance of his wordplay.

Strengths/Weaknesses/Next Step: Vincent and band played a straight up style of '70s rock, cribbing the occasional lyric and hook from Jonathan Richman, the Velvet Underground, the Sex Pistols and David Bowie. It all worked wonderfully together, especially with Vincent's keen eye for heartbreaking lyrical detail.

Level Of Inebriation: E

Strengths/Weaknesses/Next Step:  Inebriation levels were off the charts, as Vincent took swigs from a bottle of whiskey and waved a beer around while trying to explain the importance of the setlist. Sexy haircut... Well, Vincent said the band should be renamed "Two Bald Guys and Fabio." Let's leave it at that.
