First of all, if you don't already like Silverstein, it's highly doubtful this disc will do anything to change your opinion. That being said, fans who don't already own the music on 18 Candles will surely be satisfied. Comprised of their first two EPs (Summer's Stellar Gaze and When The Shadow Beams) plus two acoustic songs, three live tracks and one god-awful attempt at techno, this compilation documents the more emo-based sound these guys originally employed. With much less of a pop sheen and free of their now trademark screams, it's an interesting insight into the evolution of Silverstein. The liner notes include stories about the recordings and notes from the band members about their experiences in the group. This package is definitely comprehensive enough to satisfy Silverstein's diehard fans.
