Live Review
- June 10, 2006
- Toronto, ON
- The Black Bull
- 3 / 5

Background/Composition: Pedestrian are an atmospheric rock type band with a harder edge. Their do fast paced tunes and slower poetic pieces.
Grade: 65
Comment: Pedestrian were neither a fantastic tell-all-your-friends type of band, nor were they that terrible. They're somewhere in between rock and suck purgatory.
Achievement of Rock 'n' Roll Expectations
80-100: Exceeds skill and knowledge expectations, i.e. rocked us so hard we peed our pants.
70-79: Achieves required skills and knowledge. Meets rock 'n' roll standard.
60-69: Demonstrates some skills. Approaches rock 'n' roll standard.
50-59: Demonstrates some required skills and knowledge in a limited way.
00-50: Has not demonstrated required skills or knowledge.
Learning Skills: E=Excellent, G=Good, S=Satisfactory, N=Sad Really
Oral And Visual Communication

Use Of Stage: G
Strengths/Weaknesses/NextStep: Either Pedestrian didn't care for the audience at The Black Bull or they were just shy, because they talked to the crowd only a handful of times. Looking rather awkward on stage, my guess is that shyness got in the way of some really good banter.
Musical Analysis

Strengths/Weaknesses/NextStep: Pedestrian were definitley solid as they started their set off with a handful of slow paced songs. They quickly picked up the pace and kept it upbeat for the remainder of the show. The music, however, wasn't particularly exciting.

Strengths/Weaknesses/NextStep: There isn't much that sets Pedestrian apart from any other band at NXNE. They were just four guys who were there to play some music. They also dressed like they were coming straight from a frat party.
