I remember when I was a kid, I used to go to see these big shows at a historical fort in Kingston, Ontario, that eventually, to keep the kids interested, I guess, featured a laser show. I think, at that time, lasers were probably the coolest things on Earth next to talking robots and Lego spaceships. I have to admit, I'm still a sucker for lasers (and talking robots). Bjork pulled a pretty cool laser show out of her bag of tricks for her return to Toronto Island during this past weekend's Virgin Festival. The green lights actually projected on to trees behind the crowd, which I suspect not too many people caught, but it was awesome. Also, if anybody is selling a laser and smoke machine, please drop me a line. I am willing to pay $40.
