Critics: before you claim that anything Prince releases is a “return to form,” watch this and refresh yourself on how ridiculous that statement sounds. This full length concert was filmed in March 1985, just before Prince hit his popular peak with Purple Rain. Along with some of the best music (and stage banter!) you've ever heard, the Purple One can be seen galavanting around the stage as if it was a paisley jungle gym and bringing the sort of thrusting that's usually consigned to mattresses onto the stage's floor. Prince sure was a lot more fun when he still sang about boning.
