Victoria, B.C.'s Hot Hot Heat have revealed the track list for Future Breeds, their fourth album that will be released on June 8 through Dine Alone Records in Canada and Dangerbird Records internationally.
The 12-track album is the follow-up to 2007's Happiness Ltd. and was produced by ex-Age Of Electric and Limblifter member Ryan Dahle. Future Breeds is also Hot Hot Heat's first effort since their split with Sire Records.
There's no word yet if this has turned out to be the party album Hot Hot Heat were hoping to make, but you can judge for yourself by hearing and watching a few new tracks on their official website.
An extensive tour in support of Future Breeds has not been announced yet, but the quartet are slated to perform a residency at Brooklyn, N.Y.'s's Public Assembly, playing every Wednesday in May. The Willowz, Grooms and The Stationery Set are among those who will perform with Hot Hot Heat.
