AC/DC Totally Bomb In Austria

Here's something that will shake your foundations.

AC/DC's May 22 show at Wels Airport in Wels, Austria could be cancelled because of some war machines near the site, which could end up shaking AC/DC fans all night long in entirely the wrong way.

Unexploded World War II-era love bombs bombs are reportedly at the site, and the city is worried they could cause a meltdown and be dangerous for the 80,000 fans who will attend the show, according to ORF.

But don't get upset: this doesn't mean war just yet. Hermann Wimmer, Wels' deputy mayor, says bomb defusal experts will assess the situation and determine whether there's enough T.N.T. on site to blow all the fans to rock 'n' roll damnation. If so, the whole thing will be shot down in flames with a flick of the switch to ensure nobody ends up kissin' dynamite.

Earlier this year, the World Wildlife Fund of Upper Austria said the gig should be cancelled because the noise from the show would be enough to threaten the lives of endangered birds nesting on the ground near the site.
