Yukon Blonde were no slackers on stage on Saturday (March 13) night when they played Toronto's Horseshoe Tavern as part of one of our Canadian Music Week showcases. Their performance also took the top mark in our Canadian Music Week Rock 'N' Roll Report Cards, garnering 96 per cent.

There was a four-way tie for second place, with Baptized In Blood, Diamond Rings, The D'Urbervilles and Sweet Thing all scoring 90 per cent.

If you think that's kind of crazy, consider the nine-way (yes, really) tie that rounds out the top 10, with bands like Bend Sinister, Electric Six, Hot Hot Heat, The Junction and others all taking home A+ marks.
