Dave Matthews Band Announces North American Tour

Break out the Birkenstocks and hemp jewelry because this upcoming summer just got a little more mellow: the Dave Matthews Band have announced a massive North American summer tour.

The jaunt will kick off at the end of May and continue throughout September. Supporting acts include Sharon Jones And The Dap Kings, Ben Harper And Relentless7 and Gov't Mule. Tickets go on sale Feb. 26.

Let's hope there are no problems with waste management this time around and that innocent boating tourists will not be greeted with unwanted gifts from above.

Dave Matthews Band will also perform at Sunday's (Jan. 31) Grammy Awards where their Big Whiskey & The GrooGrux King disc is nominated in the best rock album and album of the year categories.
