The Dears Record Daytrotter Session

The Dears have recorded a session for Daytrotter, the website for Illinois' Horseshack recording studio.
The Montreal-based band performed Missiles' "Disclaimer," "Crisis 1 & 2" and "Lights Off" for the website.
You can hear and download all three songs for free from Daytrotter's website.
The Dears aren't the first Canadian group to record for Daytrotter. Songs from Fucked Up's session were released on seven- and- 12-inch singles and recently showed up on the Couple Tracks: Singles 2002-2009 compilation.
Other Canadian acts who've recorded Daytrotter sessions include The Acorn, Basia Bulat, Born Ruffians, Cadence Weapon, Clues, Holy Fuck, Immaculate Machine, Islands, Japandroids, Julie Doiron, Junior Boys, LIGHTS, Malajube, Martha Wainwright, Rock Plaza Central, Ron Sexsmith, The Rural Alberta Advantage, Sam Roberts, Sister Suvi, Snowblink, Sunset Rubdown, Timber Timbre and Tokyo Police Club.
