Black Mountain, Timber Timbre and Elliott Brood are among the acts that will play this year's End Of The Road Festival, which takes place this September in the U.K.
Wilco will headline the festival, which will also feature appearances from Ladyhawk, The Antlers, Deer Tick and others. The annual festival will be held at Larmer Tree Gardens near Tollard Royal, England from Sept. 10 to 12.
Tickets are on sale now through the End Of The Road website. Adult weekly passes, which include camping permits, will run you £130 (about $220 Canadian). Passes for teenagers aged 13 to 17 run £120 while passes for children aged six to 12 cost £50. Children five years old and under get in for free. More information is available through the End Of The Road Festival's website.
Black Mountain haven't been gigging very much lately, mainly because frontman Stephen McBean released an album with his Pink Mountaintops album last year and has been busy promoting it. Singer Amber Webber and drummer Joshua Wells were also touring heavily behind Lightning Dust's Infinite Light, which came out in 2009 as well.
Given that this date takes place in September, could it mean a follow-up to the Polaris Music Prize short listed In The Future is on the way? I guess we'll just have to wait and see...
