Former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash will be on hand during Canadian Music Week as part of a "special celebrity interview," according to CMW's website.
The interview takes place March 11 in the Ballroom at Toronto's Fairmont Royal York Hotel from 4 to 5 p.m. It's part of the Digital Music & Media Summit held March 11 and 12, which looks at how the music and entertainment industries are changing content and the way people consume media.
Slash will discuss his "memories and insights on life, love and playing loud," according to CMW's website.
Canadian Music Week takes place March 10 to 14 in Toronto. As always, it features a conference, awards, a trade show and festival happening at venues throughout Toronto.
Slash is working on his Slash & Friends debut solo album, which will feature guest appearances from Fergie, Cypress Hill, every original Guns N' Roses member except Axl Rose, Ozzy Osbourne, members of Wolfmother and Avenged Sevenfold and many, many others. It's tentatively scheduled to be released in April.
