Arkells In Ontario Tourism Ad

Arkells are featured in a new television ad promoting tourism to their home province, Ontario.

The ad is airing on television now, and features all five members of Arkells singing "There's No Place Like This," the theme from the series of Ontario tourism commercials featuring some of the province's musical artists.

"See if you can find the easter eggs: Which Arkells member is skiing? Which one is playing on the [Toronto] Raptors? See if you can find all five super heroes," the band wrote in a MySpace blog entry on Wednesday (Jan. 13).

Keshia Chante and Justin Hines are among the artists who've also appeared in Ontario tourism "There's No Place Like This" ads.

You can see all five superheroes in Arkells at the Celebration Stage as part of the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Surrey, B.C. on Feb. 19.
