Rob Zombie To Direct CSI: Miami Episode

Rob Zombie is obsessed with death and horror. CSI: Miami is full of both. That makes him a pretty perfect choice to direct an episode of the television show.
Zombie's episode, which will air March 1, will reportedly bring the CSI unit to Los Angeles, where they have to solve a crime involving evidence tampering and secret tapes. The episode went into production on Wednesday (Jan. 13).
This isn't the only project Zombie's involved in right now. He's writing and directing a remake of The Blob and is also directing Tyrannosaurus Rex, which will be out in theatres in 2013.
Zombie's also written and directed his own films, including a remake of Halloween, its sequel, Halloween II, 2003's House Of 1000 Corpses and 2005's The Devil's Rejects.
Zombie will release his Hellbilly Deluxe 2 album on Feb. 2.
