Cancer Bats Cover Of Beastie Boys' "Sabotage" Getting Released In March

Toronto hardcore-punks Cancer Bats are set to release their cover of the classic Beastie Boys song "Sabotage" on a new EP in March.

The Sabotage EP will come out through Distort Records on March 2 and contains the track "Dead Wrong" in addition to the Beastie cover. The band have previously covered the song as part of their live show in the past. Like here:

This isn't the first time Cancer Bats have covered a song outside the metal or hardcore genre. Their cover of Tegan And Sara's "So Jealous" was released on a deluxe edition of 2008's Hail Destroyer last year. That version of the album also included covers of songs by Murder City Devils and The Faint.
