New Incubus DJ Scared Of Old Incubus DJ

Incubus' DJ Chris Kilmore claims former Incubus DJ Lyfe threatened to kill him in December.
Kilmore replaced Lyfe (real name Gavin Koppell) in 1998. TMZ reports Kilmore filed court documents last week in which he states Lyfe threatened to kill him.
Kilmore says the former Incubus DJ came up to him at a store on Dec. 28
and told him, "You will get killed if you don't lift that order...
people get killed in the street for that." Kilmore's papers state Lyfe
then asked the DJ to fight him and "raised his fists."
TMZ reports that due to the filing, a judge has placed a restraining order on Lyfe ordering him to stay at least 100 yards (about 91 metres) away from Kilmore at all times.
In 2003, Kilmore got a restraining order against Lyfe because he said the former Incubus DJ spit in his face.
DJ Lyfe was fired from Incubus in 1998 because of tensions between him and the other members of Incubus.
Incubus' most recent studio album is 2006's Light Grenades. They released their Monuments And Melodies greatest hits compilation last year.
