Kid Cudi Punches Fan At Vancouver Show

A man says rapper Kid Cudi punched him during a show in Vancouver on Saturday (Dec. 12) night, but he won't press charges.

Michael Sharpe, the alleged victim, told TMZ the mishap occurred when someone threw a wallet on stage and Cudi (real name Scott Mescudi) tossed it back into the crowd.

Sharpe says he caught it and threw it back on stage because it didn't belong to him. That's when he says Cudi started wailing on him.

But Sharpe says he isn't going to get the police involved.

"I'm not upset," he told TMZ. "I'm not going to be that person. I just want to meet him and be like, 'I'm the guy you punched.' I'm not going to press charges."

TMZ published a photo of Sharpe, which shows a red mark on his cheek.

In the video below, Cudi can be seen asking who owns the wallet and tossing it back into the crowd. It's thrown back on stage a few seconds later before Cudi jumps into the crowd. It's unclear what happens at that point. Cudi is then pulled back on stage by security.

Cudi is currently opening for Lady Gaga, but the mishap occurred at one of his solo shows.
