You Say Party! We Say Die! Going To U.S. In March

You Say Party! We Say Die! have just announced something that's a pretty big deal for them: they're heading to the United States in March.
If you'll remember, the Abbotsford, B.C. five-piece have been banned from performing in the United States since 2006.
In that year, they crossed the border to play shows south of the 49th parallel without having the proper visas, only telling border patrol they were recording in Los Angeles. Their van was searched and the authorities found their tour itinerary, and bassist Stephen O'Shea was questioned in a room for five hours.
At the end of it all, O'Shea was banned from entering the United States until 2011.
You Say Party! We Say Die! recently told CHARTattack they were working with lawyers to try and plot a U.S. tour in March to coincide with the South By Southwest Music Festival in Austin, Texas. Now they've announced just such a jaunt, which kicks off March 9 in Seattle and runs until March 31 in Chicago.
It's not known whether O'Shea will be with the band on the dates, which are in support of XXXX, which comes out Feb. 9 south of the border.
