Portishead Release New Track For Amnesty International

The holidays are seen as a time for giving, and Portishead are doing just that with their new track, "Chase The Tear."
The Bristol, England trio recorded the track for Amnesty International, and all proceeds will go to the international human rights organization. It's been released in conjunction with International Human Rights Day, which falls on Thursday (Dec. 10).

Portishead have been recording the follow-up to 2008's Three (which just so happened to be CHARTattack's top album last year). Producer/multi-instrumentalist Geoff Barrow recently hinted that a new Portishead album could be out in 2010.
