Muse Rumoured For Glastonbury 2010

The internets are apparently abuzz with speculation that British nu-prog band Muse could headline a night at the 2010 Glastonbury Festival.

The eFestivals website say a source has told them the band will play Glastonbury. No official announcement from the band or the Glastonbury organizers has been made yet.

"We are however confident that the information we've received is good and we fully expect to see Muse confirmed to play at some point over the coming months," a post on the site reads.

That would make this year's festival even more space-themed, considering spaceship-obsessed U2 are headlining Glastonbury's opening night on June 25. (That said, they won't be bringing their 360 Tour "claw" stage, which looks like a spaceship, with them.)

The Rolling Stones, who are said to be looking to embark on a world tour next year, are also rumoured for the festival, according to Gigwise. Obviously, that's not been confirmed yet, either.

Tickets to the 2010 Glastonbury Festival are already sold out.
