AFI Cancel Winnipeg, Saskatoon Shows, Announce New Tour Dates

AFI's latest tour, which already lost hard-hitting openers Gallows to illness, has encountered another setback.

According to their website, AFI have cancelled their Dec. 15 concert in Winnipeg and Dec. 16 date in Saskatoon due to scheduling conflicts. They haven't released any further details, but the band are still scheduled to play their other western Canadian dates in Edmonton, Calgary, Victoria, B.C. and Vancouver.

The dates are part of the Jingle Bell Rocks tour. AFI plays with Melissa Auf Der Maur in Edmonton and Calgary, while they play with Tegan And Sara in Victoria.

Davey Havok and co. will continue their tour through U.S. west coast, Australia, Japan, Poland and the U.K. in support of Crash Love, their latest album.

Elsewhere, AFI announced that they're taking a slice of Gilman Street with them on their travels. Bay area hardcore groups Ceremony and Skin Like Iron will support the tour through January.
