Melissa Auf Der Maur's Giving Away Free Single

Melissa Auf Der Maur has released the title track and first single from her Out Of Our Minds solo album as a free download.

You can get the track on Auf Der Maur's official website for a limited time, and you can also see a sneak preview of her upcoming video for the song. Both the single and video will be serviced to Canadian radio and television outlets this week.

The single is part of Auf Der Maur's "unveiling" of Out Of Our Minds, which is a multimedia project that consists of the album of the same name, a short film with an original score, viral marketing and a comic book. The album is due in stores in February, though an official release date has not yet been announced.

The film component of Out Of Our Minds, which was directed by Tony Stone, was added as an installation piece as part of an exhibition of artist J.W. Waterhouse's works at Montreal's Musee Des Beaux Arts. It will be on display until Feb. 7. It was shown at this year's Sundance Film Festival.
