Pavement have said fans shouldn't expect a new album to come out as part of the band's planned 2010
reunion, but a greatest hits compilation could be released.
Guitarist Scott Kannberg told NME.com the disc could include unreleased radio sessions.
"There's talk of doing a best of, with some really cool outtakes on that," Kannberg told the website. "The very first radio show that Pavement ever did has never been released. I don't think anyone's heard it, so we'll put that out there sometime."
Pavement announced they'd reunite to play a few shows at New York City's Central Park in September 2010. That's since expanded, and the group have also added Australia, New Zealand, U.K. and Spanish dates to their itinerary.
Kannberg just released a solo album as Spiral Stairs,
The Real Feel.
