Protest The Hero have announced a few holiday shows that will take place in December.
The Ajax, Ont. progressive metallers will play 2008's Fortress in entirety at the shows, which follow a three Canadian dates which fall before the band spend early December touring the U.K. and Ireland with Propagandhi and Strike Anywhere.
"We're playing a couple nights in Toronto and the surrounding area and there's also a Halifax show, and a Newfoundland show," vocalist Rody Walker wrote on the band's MySpace blog. "We're skipping the rest of the east coast... because there are too many rocks and trees... and Arif's [Mirabdolbaghi, bassist] deadly allergic to rock of any form with the exceptions of prog and fraggle."
Protest The Hero released Gallop Meets The Earth, their first ever live CD/DVD, earlier this year.
