New Hot Chip Album In February

Hot Chip have plans to release the follow-up to 2008's Made In The Dark next year, and say it will probably come out in February.

The British electronic quintet also announced a set of U.K. dates slated for February on Tuesday (Nov. 3) and updated fans about their progress on the as-yet-untitled album on their website.

"There will be a new album, set for release in February, to warm the cockles of your soul right in the middle of the bleak mid-winter," the band wrote, adding they were "completing the finishing touches" on the album "right now."

The album doesn't yet have a concrete release date.
