Danko Jones In Saxon Doc, Playing Show After Leafs/Lightning Game

Danko Jones shows up in Saxon Heavy Metal Thunder: The Movie, an upcoming documentary about British heavy metallers Saxon.

The film, which is currently in production according to its website, also features guest appearances and interviews from Metallica's Lars Ulrich, Motorhead's Lemmy and Mikkey Dee, "Fast" Eddie Clarke and others. You can preorder it online for £25 (about $44 Canadian).

Danko Jones and his band of the same name are also set to play a show following the Toronto Maple Leafs/Tampa Bay Lightning game in Tampa, Fla. on Nov. 25. The band will play the plaza outside the St. Pete Times Forum as part of the Lightning's Post-Game Concert Series. You have to have a ticket to the game to get in to the show.

This isn't the first time Danko Jones have played following a Lightning game. Earlier this year, the band performed after the Lightning's game against the Carolina Hurricanes in January.
