Morrissey was hospitalized over the weekend following an on-stage collapse during a show in Swindon, England.

"Good evening... probably," Morrissey reportedly said when he came on stage at the Oasis Leisure Centre.

It turned out it wasn't a good evening because the former Smiths singer fell down in the middle of The Smiths' "This Charming Man," his opening song, and was carried off stage by two of his band members.

A 25-minute wait full of booing followed, according to Britain's Telegraph newspaper, before a crew member came on stage and said Morrissey had left the building.

Morrissey cancelled several dates earlier this year due to illness. His current tour itinerary includes many rescheduled dates. It looks like he is... still ill.

Morrissey was taken to Swindon's Great Western Hospital, where he was said to be in stable condition. He was released on Sunday (Oct. 25), but cancelled a show set to take place in Bournemouth, England on Monday (Oct. 26).

On Sunday, British television show host Jonathan Ross tweeted that Morrissey plans to continue his European tour with a date at London, England's Royal Albert Hall on Tuesday (Oct. 28).

Morrissey's spokesperson later confirmed this to NME.com. Fans are being asked to hold on to their tickets, since the Swindon and Bournemouth gigs could be rescheduled. Information about refunds will be available soon.
