If you own a copy of The Beatles: Rock Band, you should now be able to download Abbey Road, the last album the Fab Four recorded together, for your game.
Six of Abbey Road's songs were included in the original The Beatles: Rock Band game, but you can download the ones that weren't included now for $16.99 U.S. (about $17.84 Canadian) Yes, that does include "Her Majesty," if you're keeping track. All the tracks are playable on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii.
According to Rollingstone.com, if you prefer side A of Abbey Road and don't really enjoy side B, you can buy "Maxwell's Silver Hammer," "Oh! Darling," and "Because" in one pack. No, seriously.
Rollingstone.com also reports that if you have a Wii, you can buy the three songs listed in the above paragraph for $2 U.S. each. The Abbey Road medley on side B will be available as three multi-song downloads going at $3.50 U.S. each.
The next album that will be available for download will be 1967's Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. You'll be able to get it sometime in November.
