Metallica Sets Release Date for Francais Pour Une Nuit Live DVD

Metallica have set Nov. 23 as the release date for their live DVD entitled Francais Pour Une Nuit (French For One Night), shot during a show at the Roman amphitheatre in Nimes, France in July.

The DVD will feature the entire concert, interviews with the band and five different videos shot by audience members during the show, according to the band's website (or should we say "site de web"?).

If there's a snag, it's the fact that Francais Pour Une Nuit will only be available through the band's official website, retail stores in France and a special record company link. It will also come in three different formats: a standard DVD with a 16-page booklet, a Blu-Ray DVD and a special deluxe limited edition box set. The box set will be a special tin featuring the DVD, a copy of Death Magnetic, a large T-shirt, laminated pass and five exclusive photographs.
